SECURITY NATIONAL BANK OF TEXAS PROMOTES IAN SMITH TO SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, COMMERCIAL LENDING TEAM LEAD
Dallas, Texas– June 12, 2026 – Security National Bank of Texas is pleased to announce the promotion of Ian Smith to senior vice president and commercial lending team lead. Smith is based at the bank’s full-service financial center at The Union, 2300 N. Field St. in Dallas.
In his new role, Smith will oversee the team of commercial and industrial (C&I) lenders, drive strategic growth and deliver tailored financing solutions that help clients access capital, improve cash flow and achieve their business objectives. Smith joined Security National Bank of Texas in 2023, bringing valuable commercial lending experience and a strong commitment to serving his clients. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University and holds a Credit Analyst and Commercial Banking Certificate through the Risk Management Association.
