John joined the bank in 2024 and co-heads our Private Client Services division. He’s responsible for leading services that include trust and estate administration and wealth and investment management.
With over 31 years of experience and a dedication to serving people, John stands out as an exceptional division leader. His needs-based, advice-driven approach ensures an outstanding client experience, while his commitment to embracing a diverse team optimizes the delivery of exceptional service.
Driven to serve his community, John is a proud board member of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation NE/IA Chapter, The Nebraska Council on Economic Education, and the Benson Theatre. He is also a very active Rotarian.
John earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University and a juris doctorate at the University of Nebraska College of Law. He has also earned his Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) and Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS) professional designations.
In his spare time, John is an active musician and drummer and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Doug joined the bank in 2004 and heads our Private Client Services division. He's responsible for leading services that include trust and estate administration and wealth and investment management. Doug's leadership philosophy centers around understanding our clients deeply—beyond numbers and strategies—through personal conversations about their concerns, goals and aspirations.
During his more than 40 years of experience in leadership and client relations, Doug has witnessed the profound effect of trust-building. He firmly believes that his team's strength doesn't solely come from industry knowledge and excellent financial solutions; it stems from each individual's dedication to connect at a personal level and serve as a compassionate resource—even beyond financial offerings.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate from Creighton University.
Outside his career, Doug enjoys spending time with his three adult children and two grandchildren. He considers himself lucky to have them all live in the Omaha area, which provides him with ample family time. Doug finds joy in traveling, spending time at his lake house, playing golf and being outdoors.
With over twenty years of experience as a financial and wealth advisor for individuals and institutions, Damian takes pride in assisting clients in navigating the complex realm of investments and wealth.
Originally from Jasper, Indiana, Damian remains a devoted fan of the Indiana Hoosiers despite relocating to Omaha, NE, 18 years ago. While he still roots for the Hoosiers, he and his family have embraced Nebraska and made Omaha their home.
Damian is actively involved in the investment committee for Essential Pregnancy Service and the Archdiocese of Omaha. When not supporting his team and clients, Damian spends quality time with his family, brews beer, is a member of a sausage-making club, and enjoys the outdoors. And, of course, GO HOOSIERS!
Clinton is integral in managing client portfolios, formulating appropriate asset allocation models and conducting equity research. He is also responsible for managing the Core Value Equity Portfolio.
Before joining Security National Bank, Clinton served as Vice president of Investment Strategy at D.A. Davidson, where he specialized in equity analysis and market strategy. Before his role at D.A. Davidson, Clinton served as Vice President of Investment and Brand Strategy at SMITH HAYES, where he was Chairman of the firm’s Equity Focus Group and guided the firm’s marketing and brand efforts.
In addition, Clinton is an instructor at Creighton University at the Heider College of Business, where he has taught topics including Portfolio Management, Investment Analysis and Quantitative Methods for Investment Analysis.
Clinton received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University-Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, Illinois and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. He also earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and has served on the Board and as President of the CFA Society of Nebraska.
In his free time, Clinton enjoys spending time at the lake boating, fishing and watching sports. He and his wife have five children, ages 2 to 12.
Blake is a dedicated wealth advisor with over a decade of experience, specializing in simplifying the complexities of wealth management into clear, actionable strategies.

Additionally, Blake volunteers at his local church in the music and children's ministries, serves on the church's endowment board and capital campaign committee, and contributes his time to the University of Nebraska Omaha Business College.
