What is uChoose Rewards®, and how can I enroll?

Where can I earn points?

You earn points everywhere your card is accepted.

When can I redeem my points?

It can take up to 40 days for your points to be credited to your account. You must accumulate 1,500 points before you can redeem your points. You must accumulate 2,500 points before you can redeem your points for cash back, which will show up as a credit on your account. You can choose to redeem points once you’ve reached the minimum amount or wait and accumulate points for any number of great items from our catalog. Simply look for your “Total Points” at the top of any page to see how many points you have available for redemption.

Can I share points with my family members?

Yes, all personal cards within an account automatically earn points together. In addition, if you have multiple debit or credit accounts with Security National Bank you can link them together to earn rewards faster. Visit your Profile page in the top right corner of the website and click on My Account to link more accounts to your program.

What can I redeem my points for?

It’s your choice! You can choose from numerous options, whether it’s products, travel experiences, activities, event tickets, cash back (which shows as a credit on your account) or more! Simply visit the Redeem Points page and click on the category that suits your interests.

We keep track of all the points you earn and will help you find just what you’re looking for when you’re ready to redeem. We even have a favorites list that will help you track when you’ve earned enough to redeem a specific item.

Where can I view my point activity?

You can access the history of your point activity on the My Rewards page.

Will my points transfer to my new card if I lose my card?

Yes. A personal banker at your local branch will help you if you lose your card and ensure all of your points have accurately transferred to your new card.

Do my points expire?

Points expire at the end of the 36th month after the month in which they were posted to your uChoose Rewards® account.

What if I shopped at a participating retailer, but my points aren’t showing up?

Purchases can take up to 30 days to appear on the My Rewards page. If points from a qualified purchase do not appear after 30 days, contact a banker at 844-SNB-1964 for assistance.

If I use my card at an ATM, will that transaction count towards my point total?

No. Transactions at an ATM do not qualify.
